Ruby and Diamond ring

This ring has been evaluated by a jeweler who determined it is of good quality and contains 8.6 grams of 18K gold with 6 baguette rubies and 4 round diamonds.  It has a wholesale value of at least $700.  If you wish to see the ring or have other questions about it, please email Karen Hill at [email protected].

Emily Muir Watercolor

The location of this beautiful Emily Muir watercolor is believed to be the orchard at the old Ames Farm (now Reynolds farm) in Stonington.  Purchased directly from the artist by the donor.  Size 21″x27″ matted and framed with conservation glass.  The painting is available for viewing at the Church.  Contact [email protected] if you have any questions about this work.

Handmade quilt

“Starry Night” quilt made by the talented quilter Betsy Powers.  The quilt measures 57″ x 65″ and features soft blues and grays, with red highlights. Machine washable cold, gentle cycle, hang to dry.  The quilt is available for viewing at the Church.

Julie Morringello light

You have seen these wonderful lights in many places on the Island.  ModernMaine’s Julie Morringello creates them in her workshop in Stonington and has made a “Gravitron” available for this auction. Her work crosses traditional boundaries, in that it is both functional and sculptural, and created from a combination of digital and handmade processes.   https://www.modernmaine.com/
